Alyssa was born and raised in Decorah. She is a graduate of Decorah High School and Upper Iowa University with a major in Conservation Management and a minor in Criminology. After graduating from the Upper Iowa University, she spent four years as a police officer for the city of Waukon. Wanting to serve our country, Alyssa joined the United States Air Force where she is a veteran after serving four years in the Security Forces unit. She recently moved back to Decorah to be close to family and to pursue her passion in real estate.

With a true passion for real estate, Alyssa has helped her parents remodel investment properties and she has owned and renovated two homes of her own.
